Chris Tyrka is a Project Manager for Cornerstone Contracting, Inc. (CCI) Chris possesses over 7 years of construction experience with all types of projects ranging from public works to private cliental. Chris assists with managing, scheduling, problem solving, and oversight of various jobs and contracts. Occasionally he lends a hand to our estimating and procurement departments.

Subscribing to the belief that an innovative company cannot rest on it past successes, he often works on solutions directly with project owners to prevent further problems. Chris believes his proactive approach to issues encapsulates what the company strives for, in building strong relationships with project cliental.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago. Chris is a strong leader who inspires confidence and trust in others and motivates project staff to perform at high levels to consistently meet project expectations.

Chris resides in the Northwest Suburbs with his fiancé, Nikki. He spends his free time traveling, spending time with his extended family, and watching sports.
